Most employees – regardless of function or rank – spend a large part of their waking hours at work. Personal and professional further development can contribute to job satisfaction. We would like to achieve this at HIS by providing freedom of action, interesting activities, professional further development and alternative development opportunities.
Freedom of action means for us that every employee can operate according to his/her individual needs. The framework for this freedom is formed by the needs of the client on the one hand and the needs of the teams in HIS on the other.
Interesting tasks are certainly one of the most important attractions that a company can offer its employees. However, what is perceived as interesting differs from person to person. We make every effort to offer the broadest spectrum of tasks possible and offer individuals the opportunity of participating in the selection of his/her tasks.
Continuous training and development is an important requirement nowadays in order to remain up to date with the latest developments. We want to support the professional and personal training and development of our employees through courses and on the job in the way that makes most sense.
